About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Procurement Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring we obtain the highest quality goods and services, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

- Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes.
- Strong knowledge of standard buying processes.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation processes.

Desired Experiences
- Understanding of facilities operations and real estate construction projects.
- Demonstrated sourcing and contract negotiation experience; has led and managed complex sourcing projects, negotiated contracts focused on TCO, not just price.
- Understands negotiation process and priorities - managing risk and not just price - other value-added opportunities.
- Demonstrated focus on total value and mitigating risk.
- Someone who demonstrates limiting liability/risk while creating both monetary and non-monetary value.
- Understands procurement and supply chain performance management processes.
- Experience establishing robust & detailed scope of work documents, KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders to ensure expectations of supplier are clear and documented.
- Global experience is preferred, while majority of work will be across EMEA.
