About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Procurement Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring we obtain the highest quality goods and services, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes.
  • Strong knowledge of standard buying processes.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation processes.
  • Relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Project management and execution.

Desired Experiences

  • Understanding of facilities operations and real estate construction projects.
  • Demonstrated sourcing and contract negotiation experience; has led and managed complex sourcing projects, negotiated contracts focused on TCO, not just price.
  • Understands negotiation process and priorities - managing risk and not just price - other value-added opportunities.
  • Demonstrated focus on total value and mitigating risk.
  • Someone who demonstrates limiting liability/risk while creating both monetary and non-monetary value.
  • Understands procurement and supply chain performance management processes.
  • Experience establishing robust & detailed scope of work documents, KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders to ensure expectations of supplier are clear and documented.
  • Global experience is preferred, while majority of work will be across EMEA.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • CIPS (or equivalent) or working towards would be desirable but not essential.
  • 5 years plus experience in Category Management.
