Value Creation Services (VCS) is a hands-on, delivery focused performance improvement team. We support Private Equity backed businesses and corporates who want to take an accelerated lens to performance improvement in delivering improvements to their cash & EBITDA position. Our team is pragmatic in its approach and helps businesses overcome challenges by supporting management (and owners, where appropriate) to drive sustainable operational change.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Private Equity and corporate clients in delivering supply chain performance improvement initiatives and turnarounds.
Successful candidates will benefit from a demonstrable strong track record in delivering supply chain performance improvement initiatives, experience in navigating senior stakeholders and strong analytical skills, including Excel/PowerPoint capability.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the design and deployment of machine learning solutions to drive operational transformation in areas such as procurement, demand forecasting, and sales & operations planning (S&OP).
- Develop strategies to integrate advanced analytics and ML into clients' operational frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making and long-term value creation.
- Oversee the implementation of large-scale operations transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration of ML-driven solutions into existing processes.
- Manage program governance, stakeholder alignment, and change management to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights on how actions can be pragmatically implemented to optimise supply chain and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with PE funds and corporate clients, aligning transformation initiatives with their strategic objectives.
- Lead the development of ML models to address complex operational challenges, such as demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supplier performance management.
- Identify opportunities to leverage predictive and prescriptive analysis to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Represent the firm as a thought leader in ML-driven operations transformation, contributing to white papers, industry events, and client workshops.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, ML-enabled operations solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key requirements:
- Must be flexible to international travel.
- Should have experience operating in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership and program management skills, with a focus on implementing ML-driven solutions at scale.
- Deep understanding of supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement, and S&OP.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ML insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with PE funds and corporate clients.
