Value Creation Services (VCS) is a handsâon, delivery focused performance improvement team that supports Private Equity backed businesses and corporates to accelerate cash & EBITDA improvement. Our pragmatic approach helps management and owners drive sustainable operational change.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in assessing the value creation potential within their business and develop action plans to deliver performance improvement initiatives.
- Work handsâon with management teams to secure buyâin across the business and implement agreed initiatives within an accelerated timeframe to maximise value.
- Collaborate with colleagues from Financial Advisory, Consulting and the broader Deloitte network to provide clients with a coherent overview of operations, performance gaps and rapid improvement opportunities.
- Work effectively in diverse, inclusive teams where contributions are recognised.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of delivering workingâcapital optimisation and cash flow forecasting programmes at an accelerated pace, in a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Experience implementing cashâandâworkingâcapital initiatives, including OrderâtoâCash, ProcureâtoâPay and inventory optimisation.
- Track record in business development, including generating new leads and building out existing projects.
- Experience with private equity portfolio companies is desirable.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead projects.
- Experience in managing and developing talent.
- Very strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility for international travel.
Work arrangements
You will be based in London with a hybrid working model. You will work flexibly from the office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites and remotely as required.
