We are standardizing, centralizing, and digitizing our Sustainability Assurance products and solutions with a roadmap that delivers The Deloitte Way for Sustainability Reporting, spanning from readiness (including non-attest clients/work) to formal assurance.

The primary focus of this role will be on Programme Management. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, developing, and implementing sustainability strategies, and helping practitioners navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Contribute to projects related to sustainability assurance, ensuring timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Develop project plans, scope, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
- Dashboarding and KPI Tracking: Design and maintain dashboards to track and report on key project milestones, deliverables, and team productivity.
- Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the team to develop standardized reporting templates and methodologies to enhance the consistency and quality of analysis and reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the sustainability assurance team\’s strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Provide Training and Support: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging feedback and sharing best practices among the team.

- Relevant experience in business analysis, preferably in a consulting or professional services or equivalent environment.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required; and experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and updates effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and best practices informed by practical delivery will be considered an asset.
