As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact client engagements and contributing to the strategic development of our Human Capital offerings.
You will apply your expertise to support the development of new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships within the Private (Consumer, Energy, Life Sciences and Technology) sector.
You will also contribute to building the firm\\\βs reputation in the marketplace and actively participate in mentoring and developing junior team members to support our growth ambitions.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Contributing to and leading specific workstreams within HR Consulting projects aimed at driving HR transformation across the Private Sector.
Elements can include contributing to the transformation or creation of HR vision and strategy, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR process design and technology alignment, Capability development, HR Assessment and Business Case development, and the transformation and delivery of the overall HR Service Delivery Model in line with business and HR strategic requirements.
Contributing to the planning, scoping, and shaping of the HR elements of major projects and programmes.
Designing, developing, and delivering specific HR interventions, frameworks, or solutions to meet customer needs across a range of areas including but not limited to learning & talent strategies, employee experience interventions, reward and benefits strategies, people technology, and recruitment.
Leading specific workstreams and mentoring junior colleagues to deliver against client objectives within multi-disciplinary project teams.
Support the monitoring and reporting on client project risks and opportunities within your workstreams.
Applying an understanding of market trends in the development of key deliverables.
Establishing and nurturing good working relationships across Consulting competencies and other Deloitte service lines.
Playing an active role in supporting pre-sales and bid development activities.
Participating in Operating Unit team activities and supporting key internal initiatives.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Programme delivery, HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, HR Operating Model development, HR organisation design, or a specialist HR area (e.g., shared services, learning, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance, talent).
Experience of working in the Private Sector industry (Consumer, Energy, Life Sciences, or Technology), or in a client facing delivery role.
An understanding of the strategic drivers of the HR function and the value it brings to any organisation, with the ability to apply this understanding to client challenges.
Track record in contributing to and leading workstreams within the successful delivery of large, complex programmes/engagements, including aspects of planning, project governance and risk management.
A keen awareness of HR and related market trends, coupled with a passion and appetite to explore further and bring new thinking into everyday client solutions.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills, with a natural ability to influence others and articulate complex ideas clearly.
Ability to effectively engage with and support the management of senior stakeholders, and navigate complex and diverse client scenarios, focusing on high-quality delivery, particularly within high-pressured, time-critical situations.
Acutely aware of risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with people, process, systems and change, within your scope of work.
