If you would like to hear more about our flexible working arrangements, please let us know.
You will have responsibility for providing technical advice across a wide range of projects including international expansion and restructuring, transatlantic structures, mergers and acquisitions, tax governance and control, finance / tax technology transformations, and a broad range of domestic and international tax issues relevant to the professional practices sector (e.g. salaried members and mixed members legislation, international remote workers, permanent establishment queries).
