This role blends strategic marketing planning with hands-on project management, offering an opportunity to develop your skills and contribute significantly to priority campaigns. A crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at specific industry sectors, ensuring alignment with Deloitte's overall business objectives.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for assigned industry sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across different service lines and levels of seniority, including marketing colleagues, service line leaders, and subject matter experts. Build strong working relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the management of marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse marketing campaign performance data, identify key insights, and prepare regular reports to track progress and inform future strategies.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, providing briefs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with Deloitte's brand guidelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the key trends, challenges, and opportunities within assigned industry sectors. Stay abreast of industry news and competitive landscapes.

Experience in a marketing or Agency role, ideally with experience in professional services or a similar B2B environment. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is desirable. Experience with data analytics is desirable.
