- Manage end to end Campaigns and Teams
- Work across Tier One and Two Campaigns both from a management perspective and also work on the tools.
- Respond to creative campaign briefs supporting Deloitte’s core and network-wide campaigns
- Work across Tier One and Tier Two Campaigns
- Attend client briefings, brainstorms and contribute ideas on the best creative approach
- Design and present concepts and designs with the goal of receiving buy-in from senior-level decision makers throughout Deloitte
- Ensure consistent application of Deloitte’s brand standards across collateral to achieve brand cohesion and be the brand’s guardian
- Bring an understanding of UX to design elements across campaigns and Deloitte.com
- From a Design Lead perspective, collaborate with fellow designers and stakeholders to bring differentiation and well crafted, strategic-led design ideas to life
- Synthesize historical and competitive creative data and trends to inform and support creative strategy
- Create world class content aligned to and within brand specifications powering Deloitte.com, social media content, advertising and other design collateral
- Operationalize and oversee creative execution from internal and external agencies
- Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all milestones
- Demonstrate the ability to manage the Design Team’s workload and your own time to meet deadlines
- Support local translation and adoption of designs globally
