- Planning and strategy: Define development roadmaps aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Development migration: Experience in analysis and execution of SAP code migration from on-premise/Classic ABAP to Clean Core and Cloud.
- Solution design: Architect full stack development from requirements to realization, using the latest SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP tools and technologies.
- Business processes: Design and align development strategies with business processes to achieve strategic objectives.
- Comprehensive knowledge: Leverage ABAP Cloud, Classic ABAP, OData/Gateway and Fiori Elements development to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
- Feasibility studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and system analyses to assess the viability of development requirements.
- Post-implementation review: Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented developments.

- Proven Development Experience: You have successfully managed an SAP development team in at least 1 SAP S/4HANA on-premise or Private Cloud implementation or multiple SAP ECC implementations. Demonstrated experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Technical Expertise: You possess a deep technical understanding of modern ABAP development strategies and best practices, particularly in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Extensibility, Core Data Services, OData and Adobe Forms customisation.
