As a SAP Delivery Services – Project Management - Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting SAP ERP implementation and transformation projects, proactively managing processes and learning.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, and escalating issues as needed.
- Articulating ideas clearly and concisely through strong communication skills.
- Contributing to problem-solving and adapting to project needs.
- Applying project management methodologies, with familiarity in SAP Activate or similar frameworks.
- Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their development.
- Applying project management and SAP best practices.
- Collaborating across different teams, firms, and geographies.
- Participating in practice development activities to support sales and capabilities.
This role may require travel to client locations.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience with SAP ERP implementation and transformation programs.
- Project management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, and governance for large ERP projects.
- Proven experience in at least one SAP transformation workstream.
- Client-facing skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies like Activate, Waterfall, or Agile.
- Understanding of SDLC phases.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence, MS Project, MS Office.
- SAP Activate or equivalent certification.
- PRINCE2 or similar certification.
