We are seeking exceptional individuals with a proven track record of success in healthcare settings. You will have experience with large-scale digital transformation programmes and will have supported digital transformation specifically through electronic patient record (EPR) implementations. A clinical qualification or financial accountancy skills, alongside NHS experience, are highly desirable traits. As a valued member of our Health Solutions Team, you will leverage your commercial acumen and expertise to deliver impactful digital health engagements, collaborating closely with Senior Managers, Directors, Partners, and other leaders to drive transformative change.

This role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Client Delivery – Support the delivery of EPR/ digital health and transformation engagements by working directly with client teams to achieve results and produce high-quality deliverables, conduct research and analysis of client needs to advise and mitigate risk, develop subject matter expertise in specific areas within healthcare and build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Innovation and Business Development - Stay abreast of emerging trends, policies, and technologies in the NHS, working with the wider healthcare account to contribute to the creation and development of market eminence materials and support business development efforts.
  • Team Development - Actively participate in team initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Experience working within or closely with the NHS to support Electronic Patient Records (EPR) programmes during business case development, implementation, or optimisation. Experience with Epic or Oracle Health (Cerner) deployments is highly desirable. Demonstrable knowledge of EPR and digital clinical solution functionality and capabilities either as an end-user or within programme implementation teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to fit with the existing Health Solutions team and client programme teams. Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo, and deliver effectively to ambitious requirements in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of the public sector funding process including business case development and the ability to develop financial and economic cost and benefit models in line with public sector procurement requirements. Financial accountancy experience specifically with cost models for EPR programme business cases is highly desirable. Individuals with a clinical qualification (qualified nursing, medical, or allied health professional), particularly those who have supported digital transformation programmes as part of their clinical role. Experience designing clinical digital workflows is a plus. Previous experience as a management consultant, particularly working with the NHS or private sector healthcare clients to manage change and transformation. Understanding of emerging trends in digital healthcare such as data analytics tools to drive insights and improvements, and exposure to AI, telehealth, or interoperability initiatives within the public sector context.
