• Demonstrable experience in delivering investment and wealth management technology transformation through various ways of working, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and a broad range of individuals and teams across various disciplines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and make sound judgement in situations with incomplete information.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver packages of work with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of the investment management and wealth industry, its business processes, data lifecycle and relationships.
• Investment management and wealth platform configuration experience, such as Aladdin, Charles River, Sim Corp and FNZ.
• Appreciation of emerging technology and trends within Financial Services.
• Experience managing budget and coordinating resources.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
• Experience supporting medium or large delivery projects and programmes.
• Recognised delivery certification(s): AgilePM, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, PMI, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFe or ITIL.
• Internal or external consultancy experience.
