We work with leading Alternative Investment Managers, Private Markets firms and Asset Servicing firms to solve their biggest and most complex problems. As part of the Operations Transformation practice at Deloitte, we pride ourselves on our ability to harness our deep industry experience across distribution, front, middle and back-office to help our clients drive transformational change across their business.

As a Senior Manager in our team, you will work as part of a team of private markets industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:

• Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become a leading expert in the market
• Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations, and deliver engagement and programme objectives
• Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing our more junior team members
• Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Operations Transformation practice team, including supporting proposition development and thought leadership

Connect to your skills and professional experience:

• Significant experience working in Alternative Investment Management/Private markets
• Experience driving change and impacting operating models of private markets investment managers
• A track record of designing and delivering transformational change
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed
• Broad network in private markets across investment firms, technology providers and asset servicers
• Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues
• Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders
• Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm’s reputation
• Have a “can do” attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate
• Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference
