This market leading transformation approach will challenge conventional thinking around the delivery of major programmes, using a multi-disciplinary capability to help our clients deliver their most critical and demanding issues while reinforcing Deloitte’s commitment to purpose-led change.
Your role will allow you to:
- Assist with the design, development and transformation of major programmes, including programme strategy and set up, programme / portfolio delivery, capability and digital transformation, and assurance reviews.
- Contribute to client projects including development of engagement plans, production of deliverables, change management activities, and workshop/meeting facilitation across a wide range of propositions, including: Operating Model design and implementation, Project Controls, Transformation, Programme Governance, Project Management Office setup and maintenance, Capability Development, Digital Transformation.
- Support progress reporting, risk management and financial controls in relation to the programme or workstream.
- Support the growth of client relationships, identifying new opportunities within both existing and new clients, and supporting proposals to win work.
- Support the development of our propositions, solutions and methods, and industry points of view.
All applicants must hold UK security clearance to Developed Vetting (DV) level. Proven experience working in one or more areas within Defence, Security and Justice. Demonstrable experience of delivering on projects associated with programmes through either working for an organisation operating in one of the above sectors, or for a management consulting or professional services firm. Ability to present to client/stakeholders at all levels in an organization. Problem solving, attention to details, creative thinking and analytical skills. Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form lasting relationships with both team members and clients.
