Responsibilities:
- Reviewing audit documentation prepared by Senior Analysts.
- Overseeing and managing a team of senior analysts in delivering audit independence support to the clients.
- Providing advice and guidance to partners and client service engagement teams in technical consultations across all areas of the business, with support from senior team members.
- Educating and raising awareness of existing and new independence requirements to Partners and professional staff.
- Project management of DISCoE workstreams and/or other key projects, delivering high quality outputs within agreed timescales.
- Assisting in managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Overseeing the Entertainment, Gifts and Donations workstream to ensure policy adherence.
- Coaching and developing junior team members.
