We want people who will embody technology, understand the connection between the business problem, the technology solution and have the professional and personal skills to make a real difference to our clients. People with the skills, knowledge, and experience to work across the full lifecycle of technology led transformations combined with a depth of knowledge across all industries and sectors. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate capability and experience in the following deliverables:

  • Experience of designing, developing, executing & leading Technology Vision and Strategy along with Transformation, Designs and Roadmaps, e.g., Cloud adoption, GenAI adoption.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in the development, application & leadership of strategy theory, approach & principles.
  • Demonstrate proven experience around the creation, delivery & leadership of IT and Cloud Operating Models.
  • Proven delivery experience and leadership of Technology Operations/operational delivery, Product Management – such as Service Delivery, IT Service Management practices, ITIL, DevOps and continual service improvement.
  • Proven experience to evidence your understanding and articulation of the impact of emerging trends such as AI, Robotics & Digital reality on today’s organisations for their technology transformations.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and driving the delivery of large holistic technology transformation programmes.
  • Experience & leadership in commercial & sourcing capability and deliverables for all industries.
  • Ability to work, support & lead teams effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution however different.
  • Experience of working & leading within Digital environments, demonstrating your understanding of the associated impacts & opportunities of innovation and emerging technologies on the future of work.
  • Proven experience & execution of strong and effective requirements gathering and management & application.
  • Proven experience in the application of Programme or project management principles and frameworks in a technology environment, including experience of agile methodologies e.g., SAFe® and Scrum.
  • Proven experience in the application and delivery of other technology approaches and frameworks e.g., ITIL4 and VerISM.
  • Proven experience of building and delivering Transformation Business Cases.
  • Ability to work, communicate and support Senior Stakeholders.
