  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, setting clear expectations, effectively delegating tasks, and taking ownership of the overall technical success of projects.
  • Lead the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to the business using story-based narratives, clearly present strategies, options and recommendations to executive level stakeholders.
  • Manage key client stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for Salesforce technical solutions and offering a strategic view of the wider technology landscape and emerging trends.
  • Independently lead pre-sales activities, shaping our end-to-end proposition and translating clients’ high-level business goals into innovative architectural solutions.
  • Mentor and coach more junior technical talent, as well as defining and driving the continuous improvement of industry differentiating architectural standards, approaches, frameworks and tools.
  • Build a broad internal and external network, advocating for technology and engineering practices both within and outside the firm.

The following experience is essential:

  • Significant technical experience as a Technical Lead and Architect, with experience of hands-on development of custom code solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura and LWC.
  • Deep architectural understanding and experience in integration approaches, patterns and standards used in the Salesforce landscape.
  • Experience in SDLC, DevOps and DevSecOps patterns and enterprise tools.
  • Experience working on projects executed using an Agile delivery framework.
  • Ability to travel (potentially abroad) to client sites 80-100% of the time.
  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications including Application Architect and System Architect or equivalent.

The successful applicant will also be:

  • Confident and articulate in your communication style, with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A brilliant listener, building rapport and developing trusted relationships with a diverse set of senior client’s technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable creating high quality, clear, comprehensive, useful technical documentation.
  • Security Check (SC) clearance (already obtained) or above, or immediate eligibility for Security Check clearance, is preferred.
