We are looking for people to join our Technology & Transformation team to help our clients with their Digital Transformation - guiding clients to imagine the shape, size, and ethos of their organisation for the future, and defining an appropriate strategy to help them achieve their ambitions. This role fits within our Enterprise Technology Transformation team – an innovative team that works with clients to help them start with principles, focus on outcomes, and deliver more value, sooner. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver critical transformation projects, deploying our full range of technology and delivery skillsets. We pair these fundamentals with our expertise in radical innovation and agile delivery to imagine, create and run pioneering, future-ready solutions for our clients.

Features of your role include:
- Solution Delivery
You will play a critical role across client delivery, providing expertise to identify, design and deliver solutions that support our clients’ objectives including:
- Working with CDIOs, CTOs, Department Leads and Executive Board stakeholders to align the case for change and application of next generation digital and innovative technology solutions.
- Driving large complex and innovative transformation programmes from strategy, architecture and business case through to discovery, delivery and live service.
- Leading large client engagements, with a strong market trends awareness around architecture, digital technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Cultivating and managing senior client relationships, building trust and providing strategic guidance to shape their digital transformation, aspirations, and outcomes.
- Leading in the definition of solutions to meet agreed business objectives and goals.
- Communicating often complex technical concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Working with clients to define and communicate solution and strategic product roadmaps.
- Delivering as part of a team responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Leading, motivating and collaborating with team members across multiple workstreams including program leadership, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Applying critical thinking to identify and solve complex technical problems.
- Applying standard delivery models and forming relationships across the global Firm and Global Delivery Network in order to leverage the best in breed delivery models.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project/program risks, to aid smooth delivery and successful outcomes.
- Demonstrating awareness and supporting the financials of the project ensuring that the project is profitable and that resources are allocated effectively.

Required experience:
- Significant experience in public sector and local government clients, which might include working within or as an advisor to central or local government or as a supplier to major government programmes.
- Demonstrable experience working in Leadership roles across program delivery which may include advisory services up to Board-level and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of emerging and innovative technologies, shaping IT/digital strategy and delivery to leverage those technologies.
- Experience in capability development activities, such as team building, training, recruitment, career planning, staff assessments.
- Experience engaging and leading diverse teams drawing together those with a wide range of capabilities and perspectives and demonstrating commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Track record in managing the successful delivery of large or complex programmes/engagements on time and within budget.
- Proven risk awareness and sound judgment in the management of risk from both client and supplier perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- Demonstrable experience delivering business outcomes focused and delivering complex technical solutions for large enterprises.
- Developed presentation skills, with ability to be articulate and explain complex technical solutions across a variety of stakeholder types.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of solutions that make tangible service improvements.
Not essential but preferred experience, skills, and certifications:
- Certified in PRINCE2 and/or Agile disciplines or equivalent.
- Demonstrable external or internal eminence in the tech industry by contributing to thought leadership, methods, knowledge management, points of view, speaking at industry events, membership of industry groups or publications.
- Extensive technology experience in an advisory or consultancy capacity.

Our clients want to achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. That’s where we come in.
