We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to help to lead Deloitte's leading SAP Analytics+ team. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, designing, and implementing SAP Analytics+ solutions that meet their specific business needs.
You will collaborate with a broad range of international and industry-leading clients who are navigating rapidly evolving digital ecosystems where high-quality data is critical for operational efficiency, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and analytics-driven decision-making. You will bring deep expertise in Enterprise Data management, Reporting, Planning and Consolidation.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data and Data Platforms Senior Manager, your role will involve:
- Advising clients on vendor selection of market-leading products.
- Contributing SAP data expertise to individual project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and programmes.
- Taking part in client discovery, requirement gathering and analysis workshops.
- Designing efficient data models and ETL process across a range of technologies.
- Planning and performing data migrations.
- Establishing effective working relationships with peer-level clients as part of project delivery roles.
As an Analytics, Data and Data Platforms Associate Director, your role will also involve:
- Managing larger teams on projects to deliver tasks, including providing guidance and feedback to junior team members.
- Lead consulting assignments in the SAP data and data integration space.
- Both demonstrated assist and lead roles in the development of client bids.
- Taking part in recruitment activities to build the practice.
To be successful in this role you are required to have:
- Expertise across the full lifecycle of data integration activities (DQ, data migrations, data mastering, data architecture, data modelling, business intelligence etc.).
- Data modelling techniques and tooling including conceptual, logical and technical modelling using SAP products and other tools.
- Understanding of DQ tools and how to conduct DQ (data quality) exercises and assess and present the results to senior-level clients.
- Expert level of designing and presenting data architecture structures.
- Very good knowledge of S/4 HANA data structures.
- Experience of connectivity from on-premises to cloud hosted applications.
- Expert level understanding of the design and implementing data migration programmes.
- Expert level in data mastering and governance design and solution implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP BW4/HANA.
- A high level of expertise in Smart Data Access, S4 structures, SAP Business Transformation Platform (BTP) Enterprise HANA.
- Hands on project experience including business requirements analysis, scoping, design and configuration with one of the tools above, on at least Four+ full implementation lifecycles.
- Ability to translate technical information to non-technical individuals is essential, as well as the ability to present this to a range of audiences in a clear, concise, appropriate manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Consistent high quality personal and professional standards.
Please note as this role may involve work with our Government & Public sector clients SC Clearance or eligibility to achieve SC Clearance is a must.
Technical certification on any of the technologies mentioned above.
Experience of SAP Data integrations tools such as Data Services, BTP, SLT, OData.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit with Migration Object Modeller with Rapid Data Migration Content.
Knowledge of big data connectivity and Data Services.
Experience of SAP Data Governance tools such as Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Info Steward.
