Your role involves supporting key aspects of complex M&A Technology assignments, including buy-side, sell-side, IPO, and re-financing projects from start to finish. You will assist with pre-transaction reporting, Day 1 preparations, and support integration and separation programs across various industry sectors and digital technology areas.
Responsibilities:- Provide insightful, deal-relevant analysis based on your IT and business knowledge.
- Support the development of transaction documentation such as IT blueprints, Transition Service Agreements, and strategic reports.
- Deliver high-quality transaction reports and other M&A deliverables.
- Model IT integrations and separations, identifying synergies, costs, and ongoing expenses.
- Support Programme Management Office activities, helping IT workstreams achieve their goals.
- Engage with colleagues and senior clients to drive activities, manage risks, and facilitate decisions.
- Research and analyze IT-related data, including contracts and licensing agreements.
- Develop expertise in reporting to executives, facilitating workshops, benefits tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Enhance consulting skills in strategic thinking, programme, and change management.
- Ensure quality and risk management standards are met in all client work.
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and sales materials.
