Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful positioning and sales enablement strategies for new propositions and client experiences, including those within our growing alliances ecosystem (made up of best in class technology vendors such as AWS, Google, Salesforce and SAP amongst others).
Key responsibilities- Work alongside the Senior Manager to develop market positioning strategies for new propositions – including competitor and white space analysis and value proposition development.
- Lead and manage the implementation of sales enablement and lead generation plans for new propositions to support growth targets.
- Lead and deliver exceptional client experiences for our most senior and influential clients, within the context of alliance activities, campaigns and events.
- Support the design of sales campaigns to be featured in our immersive client suite – shaping client experiences that drive lead generation for defined propositions and services.
- Lead the relationships with marketing counterparts at alliance technology vendors, co-creating propositions and sales campaigns together.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including offering leaders, partners leading our alliance relationships, business development teams, and subject matter experts.
- Devise strategies to build new brand permissions where required for customer acquisition.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and implement robust measurement frameworks to track and demonstrate return on investment for all marketing activities, analysing data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimise future strategies.
- Proven experience as a high performing Marketing Manager within professional services.
- Strong understanding of the UK market, business technology and professional services landscape.
- Specialist expertise in value proposition development and sales enablement strategies.
- Experience of building trusted relationships and influencing senior technology and innovation leaders.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to help drive the right outcomes when shaping new propositions.
- Strong copywriting skills for value prop articulation and sales material creation.
- Strong comprehension of brand strategy fundamentals.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong track record of delivering effective and engaging senior client experiences.
