We are seeking a highly motivated, professional and experienced Sous Chef to join our established kitchen team at the Delmont Hotel and The View Restaurant. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation
  • Supervise and support the kitchen brigade to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and service
  • Assist with menu planning, development and implementation
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with company specifications
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
  • Help manage food GP, portion control and wastage
  • Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
