About DELLI

DELLI exists to empower the independent economy — the brands, creators, and producers whose craft shapes the way the world tastes, feels, and connects. We imagine a world where every brand has a companion: a quiet, intelligent partner that handles the chaos so they can stay focused on the joy of creating. Today, too much of running an independent business is invisible labour — messages, admin, coordination, and constant back-and-forth. We’re building DELLI AI to reduce that noise and make commerce feel more natural again. Alongside this, DELLI Market is DELLI’s public-facing brand home: a place for brands to get discovered, for buyers to discover, and for the DELLI community to take shape. It is a flagship for the brand — a place that feels curated, credible, and worth being part of.

The role

We’re looking for a Community & Content Manager to help shape and grow that presence. You’ll sit across community, content, and curation — building strong relationships across the DELLI ecosystem (brands, retail partners, creators, and collaborators) to uncover community-led stories, create standout content, and identify partnership opportunities — helping DELLI Market feel like the place to be featured, the newsletter to read, and the site to check.

  • Community
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands
    • Stay close to brand needs, workflows, launches, and feedback
    • Identify brands, products, and stories worth elevating
    • Act as the internal voice of the community
    • Support broader team initiatives where needed, particularly where community insight or execution is required
  • Content & Social
    • Own and maintain the content calendar
    • Plan, create, coordinate, and publish content across channels
    • Run Instagram, improving engagement and consistency
    • Manage LinkedIn and shape DELLI’s external narrative
    • Write and send weekly newsletters
    • Develop editorial formats (brand spotlights, seasonal edits, trends)
  • DELLI Market & Curation
    • Keep delli.market fresh, curated, and on-brand
    • Support homepage, collections, and featured content updates
    • Maintain high standards for photography, storytelling, and presentation
    • Reinforce DELLI’s stamp of approval through curation

Requirements

  • Passion for the food community and culture
  • Experience in community, content, or brand roles
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Social fluency (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Basic content production (photo/video + editing)
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Klaviyo, Shopify, Notion, Google Sheets, Canva / Figma (or similar)

AI & Systems

  • Use AI tools to improve speed and quality of work
  • Continuously improve how content and community operations run
  • Build simple workflows and templates

Profile

  • Strong relationship-builder
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Proactive and hands-on
  • Strong editorial instincts
  • Comfortable switching between creative and operational work
  • Curious and culturally aware

Working style

  • Self-learner — able to pick up tools and systems quickly
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Works well in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

Benefits

  • Salary: £28,000–35,000 (based on experience)
  • Opportunity to shape how DELLI shows up to makers and the wider world
  • Hands-on role across community, content, and brand
  • Work closely with founders and a small, ambitious team
  • High ownership and room to grow

Additional Information

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role. You’ll be talking to brands, creating content, running channels, and improving systems. We’re a small, fast-moving team without rigid silos — you’ll occasionally step outside your core scope to support where it adds the most value. If you prefer clearly defined scopes and slow iteration, this role won’t suit you. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover), with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
