Join our team as a Nursing Associate (Band 4) supporting physical health in inpatient mental health services across Bromley, Bexley, and Greenwich. This role offers a unique opportunity to promote physical and mental health parity and deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver physical health clinics within inpatient units.
  • Perform physical health checks, including assessments using NEWS2, BMI, blood pressure, blood tests, and ECGs.
  • Take medical histories, including lifestyle factors and screening program participation.
  • Create personalized care plans and support ongoing physical health needs.
  • Assist with physical health audits, equipment maintenance, and training colleagues in physical health interventions.
  • Work independently under supervision, ensuring responsive, holistic patient care.
