What you’ll achieve
As an Alliance Sales Specialist, you will deliver strategic return on investment by overall development of global alliance strategies to position Dell Technologies Workplace solutions into Alliance partner portfolios and build unique value propositions around these relationships.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the Workplace and Client portfolio
- Solution Selling Skills and excellent understanding of product configurations
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
- Very high English level
- 12 to 15 years of experience in a relationship selling role; field sales experience preferred
- Project leading skills and team play

Responsibilities
- Develop an overall EMEA partner strategy, account plan and cadence: Structured plan to grow the Dell business with the partner in all categories supported by partner growth plan and associated global agreements.
- Co-developing sales strategies and decision-making processes.
- Develop an executive connection structure and cadence: Build and maintain excellent relationships with global customers and internal stakeholders.
- The executive sponsorship in each of the target markets is the first critical step to building a strong and repeatable partnership supported by joint business reviews and goals.
- Work with the virtual team to deliver strategy/communication and ensure a joined-up approach.
- Provide leadership to this team to ensure a joined-up approach and a clear understanding of the strategy.
- Work with local teams in the area to identify opportunities for improvement and drive sales plans.
- Act as a workplace solution expert resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives.
- Deliver the metrics set for the account: This will include financial metrics and joint initiatives.
- Grow the business: Develop local plans that fit with local markets and structures to grow the business.
- Utilise local structures/markets/culture to ensure the plan is fit for purpose in the specific geography.
