We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to serve as a “Security Controller” (SC) Security Professional to join our team. This role will report to the Director of Government Security within the Governance, Risk & Compliance organization. What You’ll Achieve The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving and will provide oversight of day-to-day security operations for Government Activities, to include coordination security requirements of contracts with Legal, Program Management, Primes, Subcontractors, and Government Customers. You will: Responsible for supporting and administering security aspects for Ministry of Defence and government agency customers to include the lifecycle of security clearances. Serve as primary liaison with the Business for security matters. Administer security programs and procedures for classified, sensitive, or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment including maintaining manuals outlining regulations and implement processes for handling, storing, and recordkeeping for access. Understand government security requirements/regulations and assess their applicability to the environment; Working knowledge of government databases: Experience with SIMS is a plus. Experience writing security volumes for proposals, Security Aspects Letters (SALs), and other contract mechanisms. Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team Experience in security for government programs Ability to handle daily activities with little oversight or direction.
