Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 12+ years of related experience
- Licensed attorney (active bar membership)
- Contract drafting/negotiation and project management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
- Ability to produce toolkits and guidance
- Comfort with CLM/LMS/DMS and evaluation methods
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field
- Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or experience with contract lifecycle, matter management, and eDiscovery tools
