Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 12+ years of related experience
  • Licensed attorney (active bar membership)
  • Contract drafting/negotiation and project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Ability to produce toolkits and guidance
  • Comfort with CLM/LMS/DMS and evaluation methods

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field
  • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or experience with contract lifecycle, matter management, and eDiscovery tools
