This role will report to the Vice President of Governance, Risk & Compliance organization. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Security Controller on our Compliance Team in London.
What you’ll achieve:
- Provide oversight of day-to-day security operations for Government Activities, including coordination of security requirements of contracts with Legal, Program Management, Primes, Subcontractors, and Government Customers.
- Support and administer security aspects for Ministry of Defence and government agency customers, including the lifecycle of security clearances.
- Serve as primary liaison with the Business for security matters.
- Administer security programs and procedures for classified, sensitive, or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Understand government security requirements/regulations and assess their applicability to the environment; working knowledge of government databases is a plus.
- Experience writing security volumes for proposals, Security Aspects Letters (SALs), and other contract mechanisms.
- Liaise with government organizations and conduct Security Risk Assessments.
Essential Requirements:
- U.K. Citizenship with ability to get a government clearance required; existing clearance is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience as a Security Controller and/or completion of DISA Security Controller training.
- Ability to handle daily activities with little oversight or direction.
- Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of relevant Government regulations for classified programs.
- CISSP, CISM certifications.
- Experience with implementing or operating a CE+ compliant environment.
