Production Supervisor Location: Haydock, St Helens (4 days per week in the office) Job type: Permanent / Temporary / FTC / Contract etc. Contracted hours: Full time – 36hrs per week (we offer an option to condense full time hours into 4 days Monday – Thursday) About the role Overview of the role This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of our production operations, ensuring manufacturing, testing, and material control activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Production Manager, Operations, and Engineering teams to help coordinate workflow across the workshop and ensure production targets are met. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting a multi-disciplined team and helping to maintain strong standards across quality, safety, and delivery performance.
