Zippd is building the future of rapid urban logistics through a network of micro warehouses, cross‑dock operations and technology‑enabled first, middle and final mile delivery.

The Opportunity

This is a demanding, hands‑on launch and scale role requiring resilience, ownership, and relentless execution.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Launching 15–20 micro warehouse locations across London
  • Onboarding operational service partners
  • Implementing operational processes
  • Launching new customer operations
  • Ensuring exceptional live service quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Rollout & Launch: Lead the operational launch of 15–20 micro warehouse locations across London. Coordinate launch readiness across facilities, labour, equipment and operational processes. Support go‑live activities including on‑site operational leadership.
  • Service Partner Management: Support the selection and onboarding of 1–4 operational service partners. Train and embed operational standards and processes. Drive accountability and operational performance.
  • Customer Onboarding: Support the onboarding and operational integration of new customers. Act as a key operational contact during launch periods.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure service quality, operational consistency and KPI achievement. Quickly identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
  • Hands‑On Operational Leadership: Be prepared to operate directly within the network when needed. Lead from the front during high‑pressure operational periods.
