Delivery Owls helps travellers recover lost and forgotten belongings from airports, hotels, venues and transport hubs. We arrange the customer communication, authorisation, paperwork, labels, courier booking and tracking.

We are looking for reliable local Retrieval Partners to support collections at major UK airports, starting with Heathrow Airport. This role would suit someone who already works at an airport, regularly visits the airport, is a taxi/private hire driver, courier, or lives nearby and can attend pre‑arranged collection appointments.

What you do:

  • Attend arranged collection appointments
  • Collect authorised lost property
  • Follow clear instructions from Delivery Owls
  • Drop the item at an agreed courier point, or package it using our label and wait for courier collection

  • Tracking and support

Pay:
