Join Delivery Mates as a Driver in Southampton and earn up to £196 per day. We are looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our busy multi-drop delivery operation across Southampton and the surrounding area. No van? No problem. We work with Omega Fleet Solutions (OFS), who can help arrange a suitable hire vehicle. What you'll be doing As a Delivery Mates Driver, you'll manage your own multi-drop delivery route, delivering parcels to homes and businesses across the local area. A typical day includes: - Around 160–180 stops
- Approximately 300 parcels, mainly smaller items
- Routes lasting around 9 hours
- Start times generally between 8:00am and 11:00am
- Opportunities for additional work may be available after completing your route This is a self-employed role working under a contract for services. What you'll need To join Delivery Mates, you'll need: - A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- No IN10 or DR driving offences
- Right to work in the UK
- A clean criminal record
- Good spoken and written English
- A smartphone capable of running the Amazon delivery app
- Your own SWB or LWB van with suitable courier insurance and goods-in-transit cover, or a suitable hire vehicle
