Wingstop in Guildford is seeking an Assistant Manager for a brand-new store opening. You’ll work with the General Manager to launch the restaurant, build and develop a high-energy team, set up operations, and embed efficient ways of working from day one.
In this hands-on role you’ll lead shifts, train new starters, and drive service standards while delivering great food and fast, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
