About the Role
Some of our locations operate late into the night, with certain sites open until 5am. As a Shift Manager working our late/night shifts, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, high‑energy operations during some of our busiest and most dynamic hours. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything on track, from managing the team and maintaining standards, to ensuring every order is delivered quickly and to the highest quality. Night shifts have a unique rhythm, with a strong team focus and a real sense of ownership. You’ll lead from the front, supporting your team through busy periods, making quick decisions, and keeping the energy high all night long! This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support a tight‑knit team, take control of your shifts, and play a key part in delivering consistent results.
