About the Role
As a Shift Manager in our Delivery Kitchen, you’ll be at the centre of a fast‑moving, high‑energy operation focused entirely on delivering great food, fast. With no dine‑in service, it’s all about pace, precision, and teamwork. You’ll lead your team through busy periods, keep orders flowing, and make sure every wing meets our high standards before it leaves the kitchen. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll take control of the shift, build a strong team rhythm, and deliver consistently under pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and coordinating kitchen operations
- Driving speed, accuracy, and food quality
