Warehouse Supervisor Location: Bermondsey (SE16) Working pattern: Onsite | Full-time | Shift-based (37.5 hours per week) Pay: £15.55 per hour

From launching new sites to ensuring operational excellence across markets, we combine retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Bermondsey team. In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of our daily site operations, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring our loyal customers receive their household essentials as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Dispatch Excellence: Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers.
  • Manage Inventory Rigour: Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
  • Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
  • Ownership of Stock Integrity: Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Operational Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last‑mile delivery is a major plus).
  • Performance Driven: A track record of hitting goal targets, such as pick times or dispatch KPIs.
  • Natural Leadership: A "lead by example" mentality with a genuine passion for motivating and coaching junior team members.
  • Problem‑Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to finding new ways to improve site operations and resolve challenges as they arise.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‑energy, positive team environment.
