Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager, based in the UK (London or Manchester). You will lead a small team responsible for defining partner onboarding policies and processes for NPX, spanning UKI, EU, MENA and APAC, with a focus on efficiency and cost-to-serve.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Content teams to standardize playbooks and drive scalable improvements. The role requires strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and change management.
