We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Milan team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our top restaurant brands in Italy, using data‑driven insights to unlock growth and strengthen our marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Manage a high‑impact portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships and serving as their primary point of contact.
- Performance Consulting: Monitor and analyse partner metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve partner satisfaction through data‑led storytelling.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve supply quality, financial performance, and our consumer value proposition (CVP).
- Growth Strategy: Plan and execute portfolio strategies that increase market share, loyalty, and financial health for both Deliveroo and our partners.
- P&L Oversight: Take ownership of your perimeter’s P&L, proactively identifying risks and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
