Deliveroo is hiring a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate to scale and optimise our rider onboarding ecosystem across the UKI. This field-based, remote role sits within the Rider Enablement team and focuses on building a scalable onboarding footprint with efficient hubs and supplier alignment.
You will travel across the UKI to run onboarding sessions, forecast demand with the Supply team, and lead campaigns during peak seasons while partnering with product and operations to improve the onboarding.
