This remote, field‑based FTC role supports Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, or London with travel across the UKI.
You’ll lead onboarding operations, design scalable hubs, forecast rider demand, and travel for face‑to‑face sessions, partnering with Rider Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to optimise the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for riders.
