We’re looking for a Senior Research Manager, Consumer to join our London team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of researchers across global markets to turn complex user insights into product strategies, while building the AI‑powered research tools of the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop talent – Hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of senior researchers, fostering an environment where they can deliver their best work.
- Drive product strategy – Partner closely with Design, Product Management, and Strategy leaders to turn ambiguous user problems into insights that move core product metrics.
- Build AI‑native research systems – Architect and scale the tooling your team runs on—including prompt libraries, evaluation pipelines, and automated workflows—to multiply team leverage.
- Stay close to the craft – Actively lead and build complex, multi‑method research projects alongside your team rather than just reviewing their work from a distance.
- Operationalise knowledge – Write clear documentation, onboard cross‑functional teams to new research systems, and iterate on processes based on real feedback.
