We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Value and Promotions to join our Middle East team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director for the Middle East, you will define and execute promotional strategies that strategically influence customer behaviour and maximize returns for Deliveroo and its partners across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Quarterly Strategic Planning: Lead the planning process for promotional activities, aligning business priorities and market trends to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Promo Strategy Development: Implement robust strategies focused on how value propositions can change customer behaviour and drive ROI for Deliveroo and our Partners.
  • Customer-Centric Programmes: Partner with Tech and Data Science to deeply understand customer needs, ensuring value messages are compelling and highly resonant.
  • Execution & Operations: Lead the operational delivery of promotions, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across CRM and in‑app touchpoints while influencing the global tech roadmap.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage large budget lines for key initiatives, tracking spend meticulously and optimizing plans to hit financial targets.
  • Test & Learn Agenda: Act as the voice of the Middle East on the global experimentation agenda, designing local experiments to codify promotional best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Own weekly reporting and conduct thorough post‑campaign analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and new experimentation opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitor trends and market activity to maintain a competitive edge in the region.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Extensive Experience: 8+ years in Marketing, CRM, or Commercial roles, with a proven track record in value‑driven or promotional campaigns.
  • Analytical Rigour: Highly proficient with analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker) and experienced in interpreting data to develop consumer‑led strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple cross‑departmental stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Execution Focus: A "self‑starter" attitude with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently within a matrixed organization.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable working closely with Product and Data Science teams to shape technical foundations for promotions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for the region.
