We are hiring a Senior Global Campaign Manager to lead digital-first creative development across Deliveroo’s 10 markets. You will work on global, multi-market and local campaigns and be responsible for digital-first creative strategy, concepts and production. The role reports into the Head of Global Campaigns and sits in the Brand & Experience team, within the Global Marketing & Product org.
In this role you will:
- Develop and Execute Digital Channel Strategy: Lead the digital creative strategy and development for global and multi-market campaigns, ensuring alignment with business needs and brand objectives.
- Creative Asset Production: Brief and collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce channel-specific concepts, assets and activations. Manage the production budget for digital asset production.
- Creative testing and best practices: Spearhead the digital creative testing agenda to optimise assets and define global best practices. Act as a centre of excellence and consult local marketing teams to maximise creative effectiveness.
- Integrated campaign planning and evaluation: Participate in integrated campaign planning process, coordinating with a cross-functional digital excellence team. Ensure alignment with the working group throughout creative development, testing and optimisation. Partner with Media Measurement and DS on measuring and improving creative effectiveness.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, delivering impactful campaigns, with a focus on TTL production (OOH, digital, social, radio).
- Excellent creative instincts and a deep understanding of channel requirements, with experience managing creative agencies and producing diverse content.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies/assets.
- Experience in collaborating with peers and senior leadership, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- A resourceful, self-starter approach, thriving in fast-paced and matrixed environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and execution.
- Experience in tech, eCommerce or food industries preferred. Agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
