We are building a Restaurant Launch Team to engage with all of our new restaurant partners we bring onto the Deliveroo platform, specifically within the EU small and medium businesses team (SMB). We centralise all restaurant launch and sales development activities to support our European markets, ensuring a consistent approach to all restaurant partners from these teams.

As a Restaurant Launch Assistant, you'll support new restaurants during their onboarding process, answer their questions, and provide high-quality service as needed. You will work within tight turnaround times, using your communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to handle requests from restaurants nationwide. You will report to your Restaurant Launch Team Lead.

The base salary is Β£26,600, plus a bonus of up to Β£6,000 annually, paid quarterly.

What you will do:
  • Assist new restaurant partners in setting up and preparing to start taking orders.
  • Collaborate with the launch team, sales team, and account managers, acting as the face of Deliveroo for new partners.
  • Meet challenging KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain daily call plans.

  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, native or equivalent proficiency.
  • Confidence to make regular calls.
  • IT literacy and ability to keep systems updated.
