The Role
We are building a Restaurant Launch Team to engage with all of our new restaurant partners on the Deliveroo platform that fall under the EU small and medium businesses (SMB) team. We centralise all restaurant launch and sales development activity to create a hub supporting our European markets so we can ensure a consistent approach to all restaurant partners from these teams.
As a Restaurant Launch Assistant you’ll support new restaurants as they get started with Deliveroo and ensure they understand the onboarding process, answer their questions and provide a high level of service as required.
You’ll work to tight turnaround times, using your communication skills, empathy and problem‑solving abilities to navigate requests from restaurants across the country. You will report to your Restaurant Launch Team Lead.
Base salary: £26,600, plus a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
Start date: 2nd February 2026.
What You Will Do
- Working with the launch team, the sales team, and our account managers, you’ll be the face of Deliveroo for all of our newest partners.
- You’ll be ready to take on challenging KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service.
- You’ll develop and maintain daily call plans.

- A strong phone presence, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Native or fluent in Dutch and English.
- The confidence to make regular calls.
- IT‑literate and keep our systems up to date with all relevant information.
