As Marketing Manager, Regional, you will lead the strategic development of our regional brand and promotional activities for our expansion initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally to optimise promotional investments and deliver maximum customer value while driving business growth. You will be responsible for utilising data driven insights, past performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities to improve ROI and impact through experimentation. This is a high impact role where you will bridge the gap between commercial objectives and customer experience, supported by 2 x Value Marketing Associates.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Champion the voice of customers and partners in the promotions space, working closely with the commercial and partner facing teams to stay up to date with partner needs and perspectives.
  • Partner with Insights and DS teams to develop a strong sense of Customer needs and key Qs and research that needs deploying.
  • Define and implement promo strategies to deliver on objectives and KPIs, ensuring best in class execution. Lead on trade offs and requests based on importance, urgency and impact.
  • Lead the experimentation agenda with a specific focus on geographical expansion, working alongside Data Science to design tests and measurement frameworks.
  • Align promotional plans between different central and local marketing teams to ensure we have the right technical, reporting and targeting foundations in place for the plan.
  • Own the team’s reporting cycle, delivering weekly performance analysis and campaign deep dives. Identify emerging trends and optimisation areas to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Keep on top of competitor trends and activity to refine strategies in the regional market.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in Marketing or Commercial role, ideally working with value / promotional campaigns.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience presenting ideas and recommendations to senior leadership to gain buy in.
  • You’re both analytical & commercial and you enjoy interpreting data to develop insight/consumer-led marketing strategy. Comfortable with analytical tools like excel.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders; confident communicating at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • You have a self-starter attitude and you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed organisation with constant change.
  • You have a proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently.
