  • Consult on Growth: Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class.
  • Build Lasting Trust: Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the engagement and trust necessary for a long-term partnership.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to daily targets and quality standards, maintaining meticulous administrative records in our systems to ensure compliance and task completion.

  • Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office software; while not essential, knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive, "get up and go" attitude.
  • Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or high-level customer service.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
