About the role
You’ll be the voice of our customer and the expert on our market. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the acquisition and engagement strategy for Deliveroo Plus. Working closely with product teams, you’ll help launch new features and products designed to acquire, engage and grow our subscriber base. This is a fast paced, data driven and highly cross functional environment, so you’ll need to be creative, commercially savvy and highly collaborative.

Support the development and prioritisation of acquisition and engagement initiatives ensuring they are financially viable and sustainable, in partnership with our Product and Local marketing team

Lead on defining customer segment strategies and identify the most effective levers to drive customer engagement.

Lead and execute the end to end go-to-market strategies for Acquisition & Engagement initiatives including targeted marketing campaigns and product feature launches.

Manage the Plus lifecycle roadmap by proposing, developing and optimising our Plus CRM journeys, in collaboration with Central CRM and local marketing teams

Act as primary link between Local Markets and Central Plus team, ensuring all initiatives are adapted to support local market objectives and context.

Monitor, analyse and share post campaign and initiative performance, providing regular updates and insights to the Loyalty team, local market teams, partners and wider business.
Requirements

+4 years experience, ideally in high growth consumer facing organisations

Bachelor’s degree

Previous experience with growth strategy, product marketing or customer engagement

Experience working in a matrixed organisations, ideally global

Experience working with product and insights teams

Skilled in leading complex, cross-functional projects
