Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with large datasets to build dashboards, trackers, and models to help drive strategic data-driven decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and operational excellence.
- Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and evaluate their impact.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
- Track market trends and categorise useful information.
- Ad-hoc tasks relevant to the Commercial team’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in Business/Computer Science/Engineering/Economics or related field.
- Basic skills of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets are required.
- Familiarity with programming languages and know-how for analytics e.g. SQL, Python, R, Macros and/or App Script is preferred.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience managing/leading projects in school or past work/internship is a plus.
- 3+ months of relevant internship experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in technology and logistics.
