We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Courier & Logistics - EU P&P, Rider Supply (L5) to join our London team on a 10-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). This is a hybrid role, based in our London Head Office (The River Building) with an expectation of around 60% of your time spent in the office. In this role, you’ll help us shape the performance and stability of our courier network across multiple markets, ensuring strong engagement, sustainable participation, and the right balance of supply to meet evolving demand.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Strategy & Operations team. This team is responsible for ensuring our courier network remains stable, engaged, and responsive across multiple markets. We oversee the lifecycle experience following onboarding, focusing on enabling new couriers to get started successfully and supporting ongoing participation over time to maintain a reliable and adaptable supply base.

- Set the strategic vision for your team, translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable workstreams that support network stability and resilience.
- Act as a talent multiplier by coaching, developing, and managing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
- Network Operations & Performance
- Maintain a deep pulse on network dynamics beyond onboarding, identifying emerging risks or opportunities and implementing effective operational responses.
- Balance team capacity against fast-moving operational demands, ensuring your team successfully acts as the bridge between data-driven insights and cross-market execution.
- Stakeholder Leadership & Influence
- Act as the primary advocate for your team across the wider business, building strong relationships with Product, Data, and broader Operations functions.
- Secure cross-functional buy-in, clearly communicate strategic trade-offs to senior leadership, and align stakeholders on scaling initiatives.
